We set your business up to run on AI. Then we teach you to drive it.

A fixed-price install that puts your paperwork, books, and correspondence on modern AI tools, followed by a monthly retainer that keeps the system tuned and keeps you honest. Everything is built inside your own accounts, and you own every credential from the first day.

Who this is for

Owner-operators in central Illinois who do the work all day and the paperwork all evening.

Agricultural operations

Cash rent agreements, FSA and crop insurance paperwork, landlord statements, equipment and input records, and the pile that waits for a rainy day. An install turns that pile into documents the tools draft for you, from your own records, in your own voice. Farms work with us through our agriculture company, Straight Dirt Ag.

Rental portfolios and holding companies

Multiple entities, leases, vendor invoices, annual filings, and the meeting minutes nobody writes. We run one of these ourselves, and the install carries over the structure that keeps every entity's records straight without a bookkeeper on payroll.

The CPAs and attorneys who serve them

Firms whose clients keep asking whether AI can do this, and who want a partner that builds the plumbing without ever touching the advice. We keep that line hard, and we will say so to your client in writing.

How an engagement runs

Every engagement starts with the assessment. The price of the install is quoted in writing after it, before any setup work begins, so there is never a number you did not see coming.

  1. Assessment

Half a day, on-site or remote. We sit with you and map which documents, emails, spreadsheets, and phone calls eat your week, working from your actual files because the details are where the time goes.

You leave with a written list of what is worth automating, what is not, and a fixed quote for the install.

  2. Install

Two to three weeks at a fixed price. We set up the workspace in your accounts, build the automations from the assessment, write the playbook your office can follow without us, and train the owner and whoever runs the desk. Anything beyond the agreed list is a change order you approve first.

You leave with a working system, a playbook, and people who know how to use both.

  3. Operator retainer

Monthly, cancel any time. Each month we check what has drifted, tune what has slowed down, and add the next workflow on the list, and we coach you on getting straight answers out of the tools.

You keep a system that still works six months later, after the vendors have changed everything twice.

Five working rules

These are written into every proposal. Each one exists because we learned it the hard way running our own multi-entity company on these tools.

Everything is built in your accounts.
Your workspace, your subscriptions, your API keys. We never hold a client login. When the engagement ends, nothing leaves with us, and nothing stops working because we left.
Your CPA and attorney keep the substance.
We build the workflow that gets their answer to you faster. We do not draft tax or legal advice, and if you ask us to, we will point you back to the people licensed to give it.
Fixed scope, written down.
The install is a defined list of deliverables you approve before work starts. Anything beyond it is priced and agreed in advance rather than discovered on an invoice.
We promise the workflow, not the feature.
Vendors change their products monthly. We commit to the outcome, and we are the ones who adapt when a tool changes underneath it. That is most of what the retainer is for.
You get pushback.
These tools are built to agree with you, which is the most expensive setting there is. Part of the install is configuring them not to, and part of the retainer is us doing the same thing in person.

What an install contains

The same kit we built for ourselves, adapted to your operation. Each piece exists because something went wrong without it.

A memory structure

Who your people, entities, properties, and vendors are, written down once in a form the tools can use. After this step they stop asking and stop guessing, and every later workflow gets easier.

Standing instructions with a pushback clause

How you want answers: how long, how blunt, in what format, and an explicit rule that the tool tells you when you are wrong instead of agreeing to keep you happy.

Workflows for your kind of business

Patterns for the documents your operation produces, from landlord statements to annual entity filings, tuned to your records and your wording rather than a generic template.

Connected tools

Calendar, email, files, and task capture wired in so the work lands where you already look. A separate AI window gets forgotten within a week; a task that shows up on your phone does not.

A written playbook

What was built, where it lives, how to run it, and what to do when something breaks. It is written for the office, not for engineers, and it is yours to keep whether or not you stay on retainer.

Training

Short sessions for the owner and the person who runs the desk, on your real work rather than a demo, so the system is used the week after we leave and not just the week we are there.

Teaching and custom academies

Not everyone needs an install. GoldenHammer also teaches people one on one to use AI well in their own work and life, starting from what they already do rather than from a generic course.

For people with a specific gap to close, we build a custom academy: a private study course made from the knowledge they already have, aimed at the exact material they need next. We have built them for a gas control certification, a food-safety exam, a grain cart operator's manual, and an architect-level AI certification plan. See the academies.

Start with the assessment

Email a few lines about your operation and what eats your week. New engagements begin in December 2026, and we are glad to set up a first conversation before then.
